Back by popular demand, Athens Storytelling Festival will kick off our 19th annual festival with a unique Professional Development Workshop for local educators led by one of the world’s most reknowned storytellers—Donald Davis. Limestone County and Athens City School teachers as well as Athens State University Education students are invited to network during a delicious catered meal in the banquet hall of Athens State University. Then they’ll move to McCandless Hall for a robust presentation that will equip you to inspire students to engage with education through storytelling.
